Not necessarily — we have options for every fitness level. Some activities (zip-lining, snorkelling) require minimal fitness, while others (volcano treks, diving) are more demanding. We match activities to your ability.
Are adventure activities safe?
We only partner with licensed, insured operators who meet international safety standards. All activities include proper briefings, equipment, and qualified guides. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Can I mix adventure with relaxation?
Of course — most of our adventure packages include downtime at the resort. We design itineraries that balance activity days with leisure days so you come home refreshed, not exhausted.
